Truth or Consequences (once known as Hot Springs) is a small resort town located in southern New Mexico, off I-25 between Albuquerque and Las Cruces.
The city of Truth or Consequences got it's name in the 1950's as part of a publicity stunt to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Ralph Edwards’ wildly popular game show on NBC radio. (Read Full Story)
T or C is mostly known for it's Historic Hot Springs District which was once advertised as the City of Health and often referred to as "the health capital of the southwest." Today there are about 10 commercial bath houses, most of which have been charmingly renovated.
