In honor of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the City of Truth or Consequences and MainStreet T or C are holding an Independence Day Parade.

The parade will begin at 5 pm on Friday, July 3 and follow the "normal" downtown parade route - around the loop, opposite the normal direction of traffic, down Main and back along Broadway, ending by Bullocks.

Afterwards, take your lawn chairs and dancing shoes to the Healing Waters Plaza for a free concert featuring Tudy Romero and the Silver Bullet Band.
