MainStreet T or C and the City of T or C are undertaking a renovation of Foch Street between Main and Broadway, funded by New Mexico MainStreet Great Blocks Capital Outlay.
Groundbreaking Ceremony
On Monday, November 10 MainStreet T or C held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project.
Speakers were former T or C mayor Steve Green, T or C City Manager Gary Whitehead, and MainStreet T or C Board President Linda DeMarino.
